For our special Olympic designs wen start with the traditional Olympic Rings. These 5 rings represent the athletic unity of five original participating continents of the games, The Americas, Asia, Oceania, Africa, and Europe. The rings are printed printed in PLA in Blue, Black, Red, Yellow, and Green. When the symbol was designed these colors were chosen because at least one of them was represented on each of the participating countries flags. Next we create a separate multilayer athlete and then we overlay that piece onto the top of the printed ring section.

Additional Option: Once these two sections are joined we then weave an actual medal into the Olympic rings to give this item a deeper layer of depth and character. You may choose from gold, silver, or bronze.

The attire of the athlete and in some cases the athlete itself are customize should you choose to do so. If you’d like to take advantage of customization, please be specific on which areas you’d like which colors. To order this item as shown, please check the “As shown” option under design style. If you choose “as shown” the athlete will be printed in shades of wood based PLA, with the exception of the Team USA hockey athlete which will be printed as shown.
