Design Finishing:

Please note that due to the nature of 3D printing, minor surface imperfections may occur – these are part of the charm of handmade design and post printing craftsmanship. Additionally, each item you receive might have a unique variation from the catalog product photo(s) as each item is made to order. Due to the nature of our designs, the dimensions of our hand assembled products are approximate and may vary slightly. This is part of the customization process and adds to the uniqueness of your order.

In some instances your design may require some hand painting and crafting/assembly in addition to the standard 3D printing. All items will be sent in complete condition and ready to display immediately out of the box unless otherwise stated.

* Please note: Our items do not come with any mounting or hanging hardware, unless otherwise stated. Please feel free to contact us for suggestions on different hanging options. You can use double sided tape strips, command strips, picture hangers, nails, string and more. We’d be happy to explain your options and talk you through this.

📌 When choosing a personalized item, please double-check name spelling before submitting your order. We are not responsible for errors made during the ordering process.

Color Customizable

📌 Choose from a wide selection of vibrant or neutral colors to match any decor style.

📌 Note: Colors may appear slightly different due to screen settings and/or material selection.

PRODUCTION TIME

📌 Our products are then shipped directly from Texas.

📌 Each item is made to order with care using FDM 3D printing.

📌 Every item is carefully inspected by hand to ensure it meets our quality standards.

📌 Each piece is carefully packed and shipped with tracking for peace of mind

PERSONALIZED NAME AND CUSTOM FROM STRATCH ITEMS

Our production time is currently 7 -14 business days for these items as each order is made for each customer individually, from scratch. Depending on the complexity of customized or special requested product, such as a special order filament, may need extended production times. 

This includes all personalized name signs, custom logo signs, customized baby items, etc. Each item will include production times as part of their description, however, if you have any questions please let us know.

Need your personalized item sooner, please contact us directly and we will do our best to work with you to rush your item if and when possible.

IN STOCK NON PERSONALIZED ITEMS

Production time for these items is 1-3 business days once your payment has processed. In stock items include items that are not personalized. This does NOT include requested color changes to existing items unless we need to special order a filament to complete your project. This may or may not add time. If it does we will notify you immediately.

In-Stock items include almost any of our items except our Personalized Name Signs and Custom Outdoor Signs (unless dramatic customization of an in-stock item is requested). This does NOT include color changes.

SHIPPING TIME

Right now we offer flat rate shipping only. We will choose the fastest shipping method available at the time of shipment.

If for some reason shipping is drastically less expensive than our flat rate fee we will happily refund you the difference or let you apply the difference to another item upon your request.

We will contact you directly when this occurs and present you with both options for you to choose from.

DAMAGE

We do our absolute best to protect your item, unfortunately, sometimes damage during transit can occur. If your item arrives damaged, please make sure it is reported within 24 hours of delivery and DO NOT remove it from the packaging. We will work with you to get a claim filed and have your order replaced. We can not accept responsibility for damaged items if they are not reported within this time.

Refund/Return Policy

🚫 Refunds are not available for personalized/custom items unless there is a production error on our end. Depending on the issue we may be able to recreate your item. To explore this option please contact us immediately with your issue.

🚫 As all of our items are made to order, “I don’t like it” is not an acceptable replacement request, however, we do understand that occasionally items do not meet ones standards. Please contact us directly should this issue occur and we will do our best to accommodate the situation.
